imagerelaxation techniquesWe use different techniques to teach you to relax your body and focus your mind on the present moment. You can significantly reduce stress and pain using the power of your imagination—your inner creativity. You will learn programmed and guided visualization, therefore stimulating and utilizing all your senses. You will learn autogenic training to talk to your body and have it listen and respond to a message.

When you know that you are moving out of balance, you will take these steps to return to a harmonious state of being.

Control follows awareness—being mindful of ourselves as we flow through each day. In autogenic training you will purposefully induce specific physical sensations that are associated with the relaxation response. This induced state of calm and relaxation is what Herbert Benson termed “remembered wellness.”
